If the USA weren't still in this libertarian utopistic approach in regulating the digital markets, many global issues would have been prevented. As Lessig said, to whom are we giving this power? Who will be the first to know how to implement the law, the market, norms, and architecture? It seems like China and the EU, with AI Act, are on a good path. It is a process.
